1. How long does it take to become a member of Cannaceutics, Inc.?
After receipt of your membership application form, you are able to purchase medicine from that point forward. Visiting our office is the fastest way for us to receive your application followed by email and fax. The time frame will vary based on the method you choose to submit your completed application as outlined on our Membership page of our site. Lastly, please ensure all information requested on the first page of the membership application has been completed to prevent delay in processing.

3. What is the best way to contact Cannaceutics, Inc. with questions or concerns?
You can contact us either via email at support@cannaceutics.org or via telephone at (505) 672-8734.

4. When should I expect to receive a response from Cannaceutics, Inc. after emailing or leaving a voicemail?
We do our best to return all voicemails the same day or the following Cannacetuics, Inc. business day. It is our priority to provide a high level of customer service and we are dedicated to replying to each voicemail and email. Duplicate emails or voicemails can hinder our ability to provide a quick response. A single email or voicemail is appreciated to assist us in fulfilling this commitment.

5. What should I expect after my membership application has been approved?
While waiting for approval, you should sign up for an account at our online store so that you can order medicine as soon as your application is verified. Once your application has been verified, your online store account will be activated and you will be able to order medicine. Remember: All information regarding the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program and all information regarding Cannaceutics, Inc. MUST be kept confidential.

6. What medicine will Cannaceutics, Inc. have available?
Cannaceutics, Inc. will have between 4 to 8 different strains of cannabis available depending on availability. In addition, we will offer capsules, tinctures, balms, edibles, and smokable extracts. Pricing and availability will be outlined at Cannaceutics.org within the member’s-only store.

7. What should I expect after I place my order?
When placing a phone order, all orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt.  If you place your order over the phone with an individual, we will let you know when it will be ready for pick up.  If you place the order on a voicemail, allow us 30 – 45 minutes during business hours to process your order.

When placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a second email once your order is available for pick up.  Again, orders are processed during business hours only.

8. What are Cannaceutic Inc.’s office hours?
Our office is open Tuesday – Friday 10:30 – 5:00 and Saturday 10:30 – 3:30.  We are closed Sunday and Monday.

9. I signed up for a store account but it says that the account is not activated?
In order for your online store account to be activated, we must receive and process your membership application. Once you are an active member with us and we verify the information provided on your application matches the information used when registering for the store, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your account has been activated.

10. Where is Cannaceutics, Inc. located?
Qualified patients and cardholding caregivers can call Cannaceutics, Inc. to obtain our address. For our patient and staff’s safety/privacy, our address is not made available to the public.
